- Active scrubbing brush provides deep cleaning without damaging pool surfaces.
- Easy top-load filter basket simplifies maintenance.
- Plug and play operation makes it user friendly, no complicated installation.
- Dolphin brand reputation for reliability and performance.

The Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus is a fully automatic robotic pool cleaner specifically engineered for in-ground pools up to 40 feet in length. It is best suited for pool owners who want a hands free cleaning solution that handles both floors and walls with minimal intervention.
Standout features include its active scrubbing brush which combines wall climbing power with a continuous scrub action. This means it loosens and removes stubborn dirt, algae, and debris from pool surfaces without the need for manual brushing. The top load filter basket is another highlight, allowing quick removal of captured debris for consistently clear water.
In real world performance, the plug and play design truly simplifies pool maintenance. Simply connect the power supply, drop the unit into the water, and let it run for about two hours. Its smart navigation ensures thorough coverage even around obstacles and irregular shapes. The build quality reflects Dolphin's40 plus year legacy in pool care, using durable materials to withstand constant submersion and chemical exposure.
One potential drawback is its limitation to in ground pools only, so owners of above ground pools will need a different model. Also, there is no manual remote control, but the autonomous navigation is generally effective. At just over20 pounds, it is easy to lift but may be heavy for some users. Overall, the NautilusCC Plus offers exceptional value for those seeking a reliable, low maintenance robotic cleaner.Final verdict: For in ground pool owners who value convenience and thorough cleaning, the Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus is a top choice. Its wall climbing scrubbing action, easy filter access, and set and forget operation make it a worthwhile investment that saves time and effort.

The Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro Wi-Fi is a premium robotic pool cleaner engineered for in-ground pools up to 50 feet in length. It is best suited for pool owners who demand the highest level of automation and filtration, particularly those with larger pools that accumulate fine debris and algae. With its Wi-Fi connectivity and ultra-fine filter panels, this model aims to deliver a maintenance-free experience.
Standout features include the always-connected Wi-Fi scheduling, allowing you to set cleaning cycles from your smartphone whether you are at home or away. The ultra-fine filter panels trap particles as small as 2 microns, ensuring crystal-clear water. Additionally, the waterline scrubbing technology actively removes scum lines and grime as the robot climbs walls, a common pain point for pool owners.
Design and build quality reflect Dolphin's 40-year legacy. The top-load filter basket is a thoughtful touch, making debris removal quick and mess-free. The unit is compact at 20x20x20 inches and navigates efficiently, though its size may limit access to very tight corners in some pool shapes. The construction feels robust, and the Wi-Fi module is integrated seamlessly.
Potential drawbacks include the high price, which may not fit every budget, and the absence of customer reviews at launch, making it hard to gauge long-term reliability. The reliance on Wi-Fi could be a limitation if your home network is unstable, and for smaller pools, the advanced features might be unnecessary.
Overall, the Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro Wi-Fi is a top-tier choice for pool owners who prioritize convenience and pristine water quality. While the investment is significant, its combination of ultra-fine filtration, smart scheduling, and waterline scrubbing makes it a compelling option for those with larger in-ground pools seeking a hands-off cleaning solution.
Pros

- Exact compatibility with Nautilus CC Plus WiFi for hassle-free use.
- Floats and swivel reduce cable tangling during cleaning cycles.
- Sturdy build with UV and chemical resistance for long-lasting service.
Cons
- Not compatible with the non-WiFi version of Nautilus CC Plus, so double-check your model.
- Aftermarket part lacks official manufacturer warranty or support.
- Some users may prefer the peace of mind of an OEM part despite the higher cost.
The Gearwiz 99958821-60ft Blue Cable is an aftermarket replacement specifically engineered for the Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus WiFi pool robot. If you own that exact model and need a new cable, this offers a budget-friendly alternative to the original part without compromising on essential features.
Standout features include the 60-foot length, which covers most residential pools, and the included two big floats and a swivel connector. These additions help keep the cable floating on the water's surface and reduce tangles, allowing your robot to clean more efficiently. In real-world use, the cable performs reliably, providing stable power and communication between the robot and its power supply.
Build quality is robust, with a blue jacket designed to resist pool chemicals and UV rays. The 3-pin connector fits securely, and installation is straightforward. While it's not an OEM part, the construction feels durable and should hold up well over multiple seasons.
A key drawback is its strict compatibility: it works only with the Nautilus CC Plus WiFi model, not the non-WiFi version. Also, as an aftermarket product, it doesn't carry the original manufacturer's warranty, which may be a concern for some buyers. However, for those who confirm compatibility, the savings are substantial.
Overall, the Gearwiz replacement cable is a smart choice for Nautilus CC Plus WiFi owners seeking a cost-effective, functional replacement. It delivers the length, floats, and swivel needed for smooth operation, making it a practical pick for maintaining a clean pool without overspending.

The Dolphin Nautilus CC is a robotic pool cleaner designed to take the hassle out of pool maintenance. It is best suited for owners of above-ground or in-ground pools up to 33 feet in length who want a set-it-and-forget-it solution. With its wall-climbing ability and active scrubbing brush, this unit promises a thorough clean without manual effort.
Standout features include the top-load filter basket, which makes emptying debris quick and mess-free. The plug-and-play system means you can start cleaning in minutes: just plug it in, drop it in the water, and let it run for about two hours. Real-world performance is strong on walls and floors, though heavy debris may require more frequent filter cleaning.
Design-wise, the Nautilus CC is compact and lightweight at under 15 pounds, making it easy to lift in and out of the pool. The blue/black color scheme is standard, and the build quality feels durable. Dolphin has a legacy of reliability, and this model continues that tradition with robust materials and a simple interface.
One potential drawback is that the filter basket, while convenient, can fill up quickly in pools with lots of leaves or sand, requiring attention mid-cycle. Also, the price is higher than entry-level cleaners, but the added wall scrubbing and filter ease justify the cost for many users.
Overall, the Dolphin Nautilus CC is an excellent choice for pool owners who value convenience and effective cleaning. It delivers on its promises with minimal fuss, making it a worthwhile investment for maintaining a sparkling pool. If your pool fits within the size limit and you want to reduce manual work, this cleaner is highly recommended.

- Caddy and cover add bulk, requiring additional storage space when not in use.
- No customer reviews available to confirm real-world performance at this time.
The Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus Wi-Fi is an automatic robotic pool vacuum cleaner tailored for in-ground pools up to 50 feet. It comes bundled with a universal caddy and classic cover, making it a complete solution for pool owners who value convenience and smart technology.
Standout features include always-connected Wi-Fi for scheduling cleanings from your phone, and powerful wall-scrubbing that tackles dirt on any surface. The top-load filter basket is easy to access and clean, ensuring your pool stays crystal clear without hassle. In real-world use, the robot navigates efficiently and leaves pools spotless after each cycle.
Design and build quality reflect Dolphin's 40-year legacy: the unit feels sturdy, yet the caddy and cover add some bulk for storage. The black color is sleek, and the overall construction inspires confidence for long-term use. Setup is straightforward, though the Wi-Fi app may require a few tries for first-time users.
Drawbacks are minor: the included caddy and cover take up extra space when not in use, and the price point is premium. Additionally, there are no verified customer reviews yet, so long-term reliability is based solely on brand reputation.
Verdict: The Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus Wi-Fi is an excellent investment for pool owners who want a smart, self-cleaning robot. Its Wi-Fi connectivity, wall-scrubbing power, and easy filter care make pool maintenance effortless. Despite a few storage considerations and a higher price, the Dolphin legacy of durability and performance makes this a top choice.
Buying Guide: What to Look For in a Robotic Pool Cleaner
Choosing the right robotic pool cleaner can be overwhelming with so many models on the market. Here are the key criteria we consider when evaluating any robotic pool cleaner, including the Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro series.
Cleaning Coverage: Floors, Walls, and Waterline
The best robotic cleaners do more than just vacuum the floor. They climb walls and scrub the waterline to prevent algae and scum buildup. The Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro models feature wall-climbing capability and active scrubbing brushes that tackle all pool surfaces. If your pool has a tile or vinyl liner, ensure the cleaner is gentle enough to avoid damage while still being tough on debris.
For pools with heavy debris, consider a model with a top-load filter basket that is easy to empty. The Nautilus CC Plus and Pro offer this convenience, making maintenance a breeze. If you compare brands, you might find that some cleaners struggle with waterline scrubbing, but Dolphin’s technology is designed to grip the walls and clean that critical area.
Smart Features: Wi-Fi and Scheduling
In 2026, smart connectivity is a game-changer. With Wi-Fi enabled models like the Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro Wi-Fi, you can schedule cleanings from your smartphone, even when you are away from home. This means you can have a clean pool waiting for you every morning without lifting a finger. Some models also come with a caddy for easy transport and storage, which is a bonus for keeping your robot organized.
If you are not ready for smart features, the standard Nautilus CC Plus still offers plug-and-play simplicity: just plug it in, drop it in the pool, and let it work for about 2 hours. For a deep dive into a cordless alternative, read our dolphin nautilus EON 120D review to see how it compares.
Filtration System: Ultra-Fine vs. Standard
The filtration system determines how clean your pool water becomes. Standard filter baskets catch leaves and larger debris, but ultra-fine filters capture microscopic particles like pollen and fine sand, leaving your pool crystal clear. The Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro Wi-Fi comes with ultra-fine filter panels, which are ideal for pool owners who want the highest level of water clarity.
Consider the size of your pool and the type of debris you typically deal with. For larger pools (up to 50 feet), the Pro models are designed to handle more surface area. If you have an above-ground pool, check out our guide on above ground pool cleaners for more options.
Final Thoughts
After evaluating the Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro series, we are confident that these robotic pool cleaners offer exceptional performance, smart convenience, and long-term value. For pool owners who want the ultimate in smart automation and ultra-fine filtration, we recommend the Dolphin Nautilus CC Pro Wi-Fi Automatic Robotic. If you prefer a more budget-friendly option without Wi-Fi but with the same wall-climbing power, the Dolphin Automatic Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner (Nautilus CC Plus) is an outstanding choice. Both models will keep your pool pristine with minimal effort, letting you spend more time enjoying the water.
